On April 7, 2015, after a continued public hearing, the ZBA granted a four foot variance for the south side setback at 5326 East Lake Road for a proposed new building with two conditions: 1) No structure or fixture may be placed within the side setback other than the proposed structure and 2) The impinging structure is limited to one story.
The official Notice of Action and the ZBA Findings will be on file with the Town of Varick Town Clerk.
