A PUBLIC HEARING before the Town of Varick Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 7:00 PM in the Town Office Building at 4782 Route 96 for an Application for an Area Variance. A public hearing for an area variance is requested under Section 703.2 of the Varick Zoning Code for property located at 563 Yale Farm Road. The Zoning Board will consider the following appeal for an area variance due to minimum setback requirements as stated in the Town of Varick Zoning Code Section 311.8. Said application is on file with the Zoning Board of Appeals and is open for inspection.
Persons wishing to appear at the Hearing may do so in person, by an attorney or by other representative. Communication in writing thereto may be filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals at 4782 New York 96, Romulus, New York or at the hearing.
