A Public Hearing before the Town of Varick Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 7 PM at the Varick Town Hall on Route 96 to consider the Application for an Area Variance submitted by Greg Haskell regarding area setbacks as set forth in the Town of Varick Zoning Code 309.1 for the proposed construction of a house at 5626 East Lake Road, Romulus, NY. This public hearing for an area variance is requested under section 703.2 of the Town Zoning Code.
This application is on file and open for inspection at the Town Office Zoning Board of Appeals located at the Town Barn on Route 96. Persons wishing to appear at the Hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative. Communications in writing may be filed with the Board at the Town Office or at the Hearing.
